Cancellation Policy for Biasharaspot

At Biasharaspot, we aim to provide a smooth and flexible experience for both buyers and sellers. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled and how cancellations are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by Buyer
Buyers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been shipped, the buyer can cancel the order without any charges. A full refund will be issued.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the buyer must follow the standard return process after receiving the product.

To cancel an order, buyers should log in to their account, navigate to their order history, and initiate a cancellation request. Alternatively, they can contact customer support at info@biasharaspot.shop.

2. Order Cancellation by Seller
Sellers may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Product Unavailability: If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the seller may cancel the order and provide a full refund to the buyer.
  • Fraudulent Orders: Sellers have the right to cancel orders they suspect to be fraudulent or involve unauthorized payment methods.

In cases where a seller cancels an order, the buyer will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

4. Special Cases for Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, cancellations are accepted up to the point of shipment. Once the item has shipped, the standard return process applies.
  • Custom-Made Products: Orders for custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Digital products (e.g., software downloads, e-books).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

6. Changes to Cancellation Policy
Biasharaspot reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
